An NGO with funding from several donors, ORCD works in different regions of the nation to carry out programs related to community development, agriculture, and health.

Job Description:

  • preserving the privacy of all patient data, histories, and secrets.
  • establishing a setting where the mobile team may provide social and individual counseling services to those who are in need.
  • identifying the problems of the vulnerable in partnership with the displaced and the local community, offering them counseling, and directing them to appropriate resources for further support.
  • Patients’ mental health status is regularly checked on, and they are encouraged to be checked out and get therapy.
  • guaranteeing the privacy of patients’ concerns in order to give them confidence to express their grievances to the counselor in a straightforward and concise manner.
  • Giving psychological guidance to the public to protect society from mental health issues so that people may go on with their regular lives.
  • helping the community create safety strategies to reduce dangers that endanger lives.
  • delivering the team leader’s monthly reports.
  • cooperating with the group and the community to support their everyday operations.
  • whatever else the team leader assigns.
