Job Description:
- Registration and care of patients in the event that the physician is not present.
- Monitoring and tracking system for pharmacy stock cards.
- Compiling and submitting monthly drug requests to the appropriate authorities.
- controlled temperature during the storage of medications.
- registering and treating patients’ wounds, giving pregnant ladies and undernourished children nutritional supplements, etc.
- evaluating children under five’s nutritional status and, in the event that SAM and MAM are involved, initiating a healthy diet for the kids.
- Adhering to the child’s malnourished diet plan.
- Prescriptions must be followed and, at the end of the day, recorded on the stock card.
- putting up a monthly report on MHT activities, pharmaceutical usage, and dressing.
- keeping up immunization programs without a vaccine provider.
- Whatever more work that the supervisor assigns
