An innovative non-governmental organization (NGO) dedicated to protecting the environment and strengthening communities is called Resilience, Environment, and Humanitarian Aid (REHA). Having obtained official registration with Afghanistan’s Ministry of Economy, REHA is a specialist organization committed to promoting constructive transformation and enhancing resilience.
The three main pillars of REHA’s mission are catastrophe risk reduction, climate change resilience and adaptation, and environmental conservation. The organization takes on these difficult problems head-on by using a thorough and creative strategy that combines “hard” and “soft” solutions to produce noticeable results.
The “hard interventions” of REHA take the form of well-thought-out physical projects, state-of-the-art engineering solutions, and strong infrastructure development that lessen the consequences of environmental risks and climate change. In addition to these concrete measures, the organization’s “soft interventions”—which include lobbying, policy formulation, awareness campaigns, information sharing, capacity-building, and awareness campaigns—empower communities.
At REHA, we actively influence the future rather than just watching it happen. The organization is strengthening the foundations of a future where environmental harmony, humanitarian help, and resilience come together to build a brighter, more secure tomorrow for everyone via its ground-breaking programs and cooperative collaborations.
