An NGO with funding from several donors, ORCD works in different regions of the nation to carry out programs related to community development, agriculture, and health.

Job Description:

  • Coordination of Teams.
  • getting a medical checkup and learning about the patient’s past.
  • determining if any kid has acute malnutrition and noting SAM and MAM readings on the treatment card.
  • Writing the right prescription while taking the patient’s needs into consideration.
  • protecting patients’ privacy and honoring their inherent worth.
  • the accurate recording of patient data.
  • Giving patients advice on how to take their medications and suggestions for follow-up appointments.
  • inspecting people and sending complicated cases to the medical facility.
  • confirming that each team member is carrying out their responsibilities in the field appropriately.
  • deciding where to provide mobile health team services in coordination with health councils.
  • making certain that all prescription drugs, therapeutic meals, and non-medical equipment are accessible.
  • coordinating, planning, and assigning the provision of mobile health services to the relevant authorities.
  • utilizing the standardized HMIS forms to report health information.
  • putting monthly reports into the KOBO system and submitting them to the provincial office at a certain time.
  • Any additional duties that the team leader assigns

  • possessing excellent communication, written and verbal, and report writing abilities.
  • possessing the capacity to function under pressure, being calm, and exercising patience.
