Job Description:
Participate in a comprehensive CLTS training program offered at the federal, state, or local levels, in addition to any other pertinent training.
• Scheduling a pre-triggering meeting with the CDCs and representatives of the target communities
• Have a meeting to introduce yourself and establish a connection with the folks.
• Conduct a triggering session with the villagers, following the guidelines and doing all necessary actions.
• Walk a transect along with the participants (villagers) to evaluate the communities’ state of cleanliness
• Carry out a mapping exercise
• Work with the locals to facilitate a community action plan.
• Form CLTS committees and provide them with hygienic behavior modification training.
• Conduct post-triggering (follow-up) activities in the affected communities.
• Data collecting at the baseline and endlines
• Distribution of IEC materials to FHAGs and CHWs, their efficient usage in the target communities, and their follow-up
• The formation of a mothers’ group and their education in hygienic practices
• Keep up with the Mothers’ Group Activities
• Run hygienic initiatives and raise awareness of community cleanliness.
• School triggering situated within the target district’s catchment
• Offer the people technical assistance in constructing hygienic latrines.
• Offer assistance in times of need to regions beyond the purview of CLTS.
• Name thirty to forty communities. ODF and contract term (number of communities varies depending on region)
