Job Description:
The extender’s title is Hygiene Promotor-couples.
Thirty positions are available (15 male, 15 female), mahram to each other
Particular Assignments/Activities
1. Make regular field visits to the designated area’s target communities.
2. Arrange community gatherings and meetings with all groups to emphasize the importance of hygiene habits and the difficulties associated with them.
3. Offer ongoing assistance increase understanding of the value of ongoing hygienic behavior modification. The subjects would consist of:
Keeping hands clean
Management of menstrual hygiene
Drinking Water and Sanitation
4. Gather information and statistics on successes, difficulties, and hygiene practices for reporting needs.
5. Work together with local partners to harness support for sustainability initiatives, such as NGOs, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
8. Hygiene promoters may be allocated to provide the necessary WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene) response in the event of an emergency.
